Refund Policy (India & International)

Vibhava Media Pvt Ltd’s refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and compliant with both Indian and international standards.

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for undelivered services or clear non-performance, as outlined in your agreement. Requests must be made in writing within 30 days of payment or service receipt.

No Refunds

If a project is underway or deliverables have been provided, refunds generally do not apply. Short-term and upfront payment projects are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

International Payments

Refunds to international clients will be processed in the same currency and payment method as the original transaction, with processing timelines of up to 30 business days (excluding transfer and bank charges).

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, late cancellation, or violation of terms.

Changes

Policy may change as required by Indian or international law.
